Introduction:
My wife and I moved to Lewes DE from Paramus NJ a decade ago. I am a former Real Estate Agent for my whole life. So every time my wife and I went out to dinner, I was always talking to people about the benefits of retiring in Southern Delaware. She told me if I didn't want to go back to work, I should start a blog. My wife has passed away and I finally decided to do that blog. My goals are simple:
1. Help people learn about Southern Delaware areas, neighborhoods, restaurants, beaches, taxes, towns, etc.
2. Keep myself busy and honor the memory of my wife.
I know quite a lot about Southern Delaware and Sussex County Delaware. I have lived here for 10 years full time, but I had a beach house here for nearly 30 years before I moved here. My wife said I was the foremost authority on the subjects of restaurants, beaches, fishing, real estate, neighborhoods, builders, taxes, cigars, micro-brews, and relaxation.

Periodically I will blog upon items that strike me as worth sharing. Hopefully I will get some great questions that I can answer and share that will behelpfull to everyone weighing Southern Delaware as a possible location to move!
